The Senior Gradam Acadúil ceremony, hosted by Ms Disney, took place on Thursday May 11, in front of a packed lunchroom.
The biggest part of the night was the record 79 pupils that achieved the coveted Patrician Gold Medal for having been awarded a Gradam Acadúil every year of their time in the school.
There were a number of certificates presented also to students in recognition of their achievements in the fields of Applied Maths, Debating, Science, Maths & AILO.
Earlier 5th & 6th Year students collected their Gradam Acadúil certificate from Mr Michael Roycroft.
Special recognition was given by the Board of Management to five of our past pupils who achieved excellent Leaving Cert. results in 2022.
The biggest cheer of the night was afforded to Mr Padraig Gill, who is due to retire at the end of this academic year, when he was presented with a Patrician Gold Medal by Mr Moloney.
We had a special photograph of the two sets of brothers, Halpin’s & Kave’s, for achieving their Gold Medal before Mr Moloney signed off on another successful Gradam Acadúil ceremony.
