The Senior Gradam Acadúil ceremony took place on Thursday May 10 in front of students, parents and staff.
It was an emotional occasion for Ms Breda Disney, as it was her final event to preside over before her retirement. Board of Management Chairman, Mr Pat O’Leary led the tributes and presented Ms Disney with some gifts to acknowledge her commitment to the academic awards during her time in the school.
62 Gold Medals were awarded to the 6th year students who had received a Gradam Acadúil every year they attended school. A fantastic achievement for the class of 2024. We were also delighted to welcome back students from the Class of 2023, to receive a Board of Management award for their excellent Leaving Cert results.
