My Sporting Success in England On Friday the 18th of July 2008 as part of team Ireland. I travelled to Blackpool England to take part in The British Junior Athletic Championships. We had a lot of fun in Blackpool. We were there from Friday the 18th to Sunday the 20th. The trip was fun. The events I took part in were the following, discus, javelin and shot-putt. I won a gold medal in the shot-putt. That night we had dinner in The Hilton Hotel to celebrate, and afterwards we had a disco. So over all the trip was good craic.
