Application Forms (for current 6th class pupils) are now available for collection from School Office until Friday October 19th at 10am.
Please NOTE the following checklist before you return the form:
- Application Form completed in full;
- 2 x Passport Photos;
- Copy of Birth Cert;
- Copy of 4th & 5th Class School Reports;
- Copy of Utility Bill (as proof of address).
