Busy & successful Gradam Acadúil ceremonies took place on Wednesday May 15, with Junior (2nd & 3rd) & Senior (5th & 6th) receiving their awards. A record number of 57 6th Year students received the school Gold Medal, as recognition for picking up a Gradam Acadúil award for every year in the school.

Presented by Ms Disney, the lunchroom was a hive of activity as students were recognised for various academic achievements throughout the year.

James Choiseul received the Parents Association Award for his performance in Junior Cycle, while 6th Year Aaron Earley picked up the Goldolphin bursary, which will give him a kickstart with 3rd level studies.

Mark Glynn, Colin Smyth & Ed Bennett were welcomed back to receive an award from the Board of Management for their Leaving Cert. results. Colin, further picked up an award for recording Best in Ireland in Leaving Cert. Maths.
